Sealer can't come out

Reason
1.The balance excess carbon powder between the interlayer
2.The putting way is not suitable
Method
1.Clean the balance excess carbon powder between the interlayer

The printing result is white,tint or dark word

Reason
1.Seal haven't open
2.befor putting,the puff haven't shaking,no powder coming out
3.The laser haven't through the OPC,The protect cover haven't opened
4.OPC out of control,the conductive plate or puff box out of control
Method
1.Opening the seal
2.shaking the cartridge about 4-5times before using
3.inspecting the machine and reinstall the cartridge

Straight dark point coming out by rule

Reason
1.WB distorted which resulted the powder loosing from the deposed box
2.The coating's objection of the PCR
3.The broken coating of the OPC
4.Sundries attached on the surface of the PCR
Method
1.restamping the WB in order to keep in shape
2.replacing the PCR
3.Replacing the OPC and protect it during the working
4.Clearing the surface sundries of PCR

Tint color

Reason
1.The objection of the carbon powder
2.The badness and aging of the OPC
3.The badness and aging of the MR
4.The aging of the powder knife
5.The badness of the print machine
6.The print quality unsuitable or use not reasonable
Method
1.Clearing the carbon powder from the puff and replace the new one
2.Replacing the OPC
3.Replacing the MR
4.Replacing the powder knife
5.Replacing the turning staff,if not available,repair the control electrical source
6.Replace the print way

Print result have powder

1.The personal objection of the carbon powder or adding powder
2.The coating's objection of the PCR
3.The coating's objection o f the OPC

5.Other material use available
6.The print quality unsuitable or use not reasonable
7.The  badness of the print machine
8.The circument of the printting's humidity too high

1.Clearing the carbon powder from the puff and replace the new carbon powder
2.Replacing the PCR

5.Determine other material if use the wrong way,such as MR steel plate,MR protect cover and so on,replace the correct material
6.Replace the print way
7.Clearing the print machine,if not available,repair the print machine
8.Control the humidity of  working circument between 30% and 80%.

Print result is whole dark

1.Loosing the PCR
2.Loosing the steel plate of the PCR
3.Between the small spring and the steel plate out of control
4.The steel plate and the electricity point in the print machnie
5.WB cann't turn over
6.The objection of the high electrical source
Method
1.Confirm installing the PCR,
2.Confirm installing the PCR steel plate
3.Determine if the small spring on the bracket attached bettwe with steel plate
4.Confirm steel plate and the electricity point attached prefectly
5.dismounted the WB and reassembling after lubricating
6.repairing the high electircal source control in the print machine

Carbon powder Phenomena

Print result have powder

Reason
1.Much more small component in the carbon powder
2.Before working or using  process was affected with damp
3.The OPC ,MR and other accessories attached not perfectly
Method
1.Clearing the clean puff,replace the carbon powder
2.If putting the cartridge in dry or humidity circumstance,should replace the carbon powder
3.If any other question of the cartridge,pls don't dismounted personally,pls return it to supplier

The color of the print result is tint

Reason
1.OPC,MR,Powder knife and other accessories attached not perfectly
2.The working carbon powder and print machnine model is not available
Method
1.If accessories is aging ,replace the correct accessories
2.Determine if the adding carbon powder consistent with the print  machine model.If adding wrong powder,must clean and replace the right powder
